Peers at Work is a co-operatively owned organisation led and staffed by by people with a lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery, either through personal experience or through caring for a loved one.

Our purpose is to:

• Provide a work environment where Peer Workers can thrive
• Provide high quality and consistent services to community members living with mental illness either directly, through an agency service or consultancy
